The Thermo Scientific Continuum Microscope and Nexus FT-IR Spectrometer can be used to analyze corrosion products, coatings, polymer matrix composites and ceramics. The system is configured with an Attenuated Total Reflectance (ATR) attachment and is also outfitted with a Thermo-Gravimetric Analysis (TGA) unit.
